Di kulkas lagi ada wortel nyisa 1 biji ama pisang 3 biji. Pas browsing nemu resep &lt;a href="http://www.sajiansedap.com/recipe/detail/10387/passion-cake"&gt;ini&lt;/a&gt;. Pas banget kan jadinya, ada pisangnya, ada wortelnya. Gulanya aku ganti gula pasir biasa karena ga punya brown sugar. Tadinya mo bikin 1 resep, tapi ternyata wortelnya kurang. Yawda, resep menyesuaikan wortel, jadinya bikin setengah resep deh. Almond ga ada jadi aku ilangin aja dari resep.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara buat versi aku :&lt;br /&gt;Persiapan: &lt;br /&gt;- Haluskan 1 buah pisang ambon pake sendok makan&lt;br /&gt;- Parut 75 gr wortel ( 1 buah ukuran sedang )&lt;br /&gt;- Oles loyang dengan minyak goreng, taburi terigu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A : Ayak campuran 140 gr terigu Kunci (protein sedang) + 2 jumput (1/16 sdt) garam + 1/4 sdt soda kue + 1/2 sdt baking powder + 1,5 sdt kayu manis bubuk. Gara-gara ga sabar pengen praktek bikin pizza. Di kos cuma ada tomat ma keju. Bawang bombay pun tak punya, jadinya diganti ma bawang putih cincang. Kalo resep dasarnya ambil dari Nova. Seingetku campuran terigu, air, minyak goreng/olive oil, gula, garam, fermipan. Lupa euy perbandingannya, mesti lihat lagi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah bahan-bahan dicampur smp kalis (tandanya udah gak nempel lagi di tangan, lentur juga), tutup dengan serbet lembap (serbetnya dibasahin air trus diperes). Biarkan selama 15 menit. Taruh di loyang (Happy Call/panci teflon). Olesi saus tomat, taburi bawang bombay cincang (krn ga ada aq pake 5 siung bawang putih cincang). Beri irisan tomat tipis-tipis. Klo ada sosis/bakso bisa ditambahin biar lebih enak lagi. Klo ada paprika/jamur bisa ditambahin juga. Terakhir beri parutan keju (aku pake keju cheddar). Klo pengen kejunya pas ditarik bisa mulur panjang, harus pake keju Mozarella. Jangan lupa taburi juga dengan daun oregano biar makin sedap. Panggang sampe matang sekitar 15 menit. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Klo manggangnya aku pake Happy Call hadiah ultah dari Ibu &amp; Bu Karman. Biasanya cheese cake pake teknik Au Bain Marie yang menurutku ribet klo mo dipraktekin di kos. Akhirnya nemu resep cheese cake yang dipanggang di &lt;a href="http://www.ncc-indonesia.com/detail.php?aid=551"&gt;NCC&lt;/a&gt;. Di kos ga ada oven, jadi manggangnya pake rice cooker Miyako mode cake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Persiapan: Oles loyang dengan mentega dan taburi terigu. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A: Campur: 225 gr terigu + 1.5 sdt bkg powder + 0.25 sdt garam &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B: Kocok smp mengembang &amp;amp; pucat: 200 gr mentega + 175 gr cheese cream. Tambahkan 175 gr gula pasir dan kocok lagi sampai rata. Kira-kira 2 sdm A, trus aduk balik pake spatula dari bawah ke atas. Begitu seterusnya smp tercampur rata semuanya. Karena pake rice cooker begitu matang otomatis mati. Klo menurut resep, panggang 180 C selama sekitar 30 menit. Cek kematangan pake tusuk gigi/tusuk sate. Iris tipis bawang merah, bawang putih, dan cabe keriting.&lt;br /&gt;2. Potong-potong sawi putih dengan lebar +/- 1 cm.&lt;br /&gt;3. Iris wortel seukuran korek api. &lt;br /&gt;4. Larutkan maggi blok ke dalam air.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara:&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak. Tunggu sekitar 30 detik.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan irisan bawang merah dan bawang putih. Tumis sampai wangi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan irisan cabe.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan larutan maggi blok, tunggu sampai larutan mendidih (ditandai adanya uap). &lt;br /&gt;5.
